About Yourself: i run a small welding company (COOK WELDING) and had to make a vast amount of stands for a company to supply with there tanks and decided i wanted some fish as well.I origonaly wanted some piranhas but once the tank was set up the wife put some little fish in and so i didnt get my piranhas.I find my fish to be very relaxing witch is good for me as i work very long days and the maintanance of the tank is something i can do with my two young sons and thats another good reson for fish keeping
Fish Kept: red tail black shark,2xsilver dollars,2xlomonsiclids,6xneon tetras,1xmolly,1xpleco,1xtalking cat fish,3xclown loach
Corals/Plants: most of the plant are plastic because my silver dollars ate all the live plant we put in
Tank Size: 50 gallons
Advice: as i am quite new to this myself it would be take your time listen to what others say make your mind up about what you want make it fun not a chore

Rated #582: 29 Gallons Freshwater Fish Tank - I'm in the process of relocating. I have to move two times. So I'm keeping my fish in a 29 gal tank with out any gravel. This is much easer to move than my 75 gal tank with about 200 lbs of rock.

About Yourself: Started with a small 20 litre tank with two gold fishes and one black moor. If not for the fish forums in the internet many of my fishes would have died. Learnt a lot about fish keeping and plants through browsing.
Fish Kept: 2 tricolour sharks, 7 tiger barbs, 6 white skirt tetras, 1 Chinese Algae Eater, 3 Angels, 6 Spotted tetras, 2 Zebras
Corals/Plants: Many plants. Sorry I dont know the names.
Tank Size: 26 gallons
Advice: Start slow. Get as much as information from experts. Read the advices from the experienced guys. Weekly water changes and filter maintenance are must. Watch your fish daily and check the water conditions. Lighting is important for planted aquariums. Love your fish :)

Corals/Plants: Plants are not real ,Black Tahitian Moon Sand, Couple of good lbs of Stone.
