Description: Well the tank as been setup for about 6 months now this was my first saltwater tank so was a big step up from freshwater which i have been keeping. I have gone with a natural look which is starting to get there. I choose a Rena Bow front tank which was perfect for what i wanted. I didn't really want to drill my tank and put a sump in so i have 2 fluval external filters ruining onit. But the main method of filtration is the liverock which i spent about £490 on which adds up to about 20kg. I have a V2 skimmer running as a hang on filter which seems to do a good job, I have a Arcadia overtank lumainrie which holds 4 x T5 bulbs, i didn't really want to build my own lights has it was all new to me, so i decided to buy a expensive Metal Halide.
Advice: My Advice would be stock your tank slowy and don't cheap out on what you buy as like they say you pay for what you get.
Fish Kept: The current ocupants of the tank are as follows: - 2 Marron Clowns. - 1 yellow tang. - 1 Biocolor Dwarf Angelfish - 2 Scooter Blennies. - Red legged Hermit Crabs - 3 Cleaning shrimps - Turbo Snails - Blue Starfish - Brittle Star
Corals/Plants: Current corals kept: - 2 mushrooms - 1 yellow toastool - 1 Button Polyp - lots of Macro alage
Tank Size: 80 gallons
