Description: 48 inch, 55 gallon, freshwater tank. Fluval 204 canister filter and Penguin BioWheel Mini, standard 48" fluorescent light.
Advice: I am a new hobbyist and looking for advice.
Fish Kept: 1 Jack Dempsey, 1 Black Acara (pet store sold it to me as a Blue but I can now tell it is DEFINITELY not), 2 Black Convicts, 2 Pictus Cats, 4 Buenos Aries Tetras
Corals/Plants: 2 pieces of driftwood, slate rock, half dozen or so plastic plants, large natural substrate.
Tank Size: 55 gallons
About Yourself: Have had my 55 for about 4 months now. All fish have stayed alive and healthy so I must be doing something right. Getting started on a 36 gallon saltwater in the near future. Will be looking for advice on that one...
