Description: 75 gallon African Cichlid tank with a fair amount of rocks and gravel, only about 6 plants (all diffrent sizes/fake). For filtration I am using (1) Aquaclear Fluval 110 power filter, and (1) Aqueon Quiteflow power filter 55/75. The filtration should be able to handle up to 175 gallons max. For lighting I have (1) Aqueon Fluorescent strip light. For water temp. I have 13"/200 watt Aqueon submersible heater.
Advice: Filtration, Reaserch, Water Changes, and a little TLC Is key
Fish Kept: Red Zebra Cichlid, Acei Cichlid, Peacock Cichlid, Jewel Cichlid, Auratus Cichlid, High Fin Spoted Plecostomus
Corals/Plants: None
Tank Size: 75 gallons
About Yourself: I remember my first fish tank, my dad brought it home one day and I feel in love. Being able to take care, and maintain your own little ecosystem is something that fascinated me. My dad showed me how to take care of it, water changes, feeding, filter cleaning, etc and that was it I was hooked! 10 years later and this is my current setup, I like to think I've gotten pretty good at keeping care of the fish and tank, but I still have a lot to learn.
