Description:
Tropical Semi-Aggressive, Daytime 'natural' ligthbulb (removed florescent), had three live plants but the goldfish ate two of them, 'Aqua Clear' 20-29 gal filter , Cheap heater.
Advice:
Keep goldfish for a start, then work your way up, the goldfish in the picture id had sense i started the whole thing when i was 10 (12 ears ago). I started with him and three others, another goldfish, a algae eater (necessary) and a catfish (optional).

1 Hibiscus, 1 Grass (goldfish ate them both) and a Fern
