About Yourself:
I am a 3D animator that has been an aquarist for about a year... I kept many terrariums in the past 2 years. I was into plants first and it led me from houseplants to keeping terrariums to creating aquariums and paludariums. I spend an average of 10 hours a week keeping up this tank. It is a great joy. Thank you for looking at it. It is an honor to have you view it.
Fish Kept:
17x Zebra Danios,
1x Opaline Gourami,
1x Gold Gourami,
2x Blue Gourami,
1x Unknown Gourami,

Corals/Plants:

About Yourself:
I've always wanted a big tank. My wife came home one day and said that she got a deal on a 44 gallon tank and then it ended up in the middle of my living room. I then had to start this new project. It was new to me, but I definitely love the new hobby.
Fish Kept:
6 Tiger Barbs, 5 Zebra Danios, 2 Red Platies, 1 Topsail Platy, 2 Black Sailfin Mollies, 1 Plecostamus & 2 Golden Mystery Snails
Corals/Plants:
All plastic.
Tank Size:
44 gallons
Advice:
Take your time to pick out exactly what you want in your tank. Take the time to try new setups for all decorations and plants. Plan ahead so that you won't have to restart from the beginning. Cleall all decorations and accessories before adding in water. Last but not least, test all equipment before setting up and then plugging in.

About Yourself:
I am an amateur fish breeder. Over the years I have kept and bred Discus, Angelfish, South American cichlids, African cichlids, bettas, guppies, and my current project, rainbows.
Fish Kept:
8 Melanotaenia Duboulayi aka Crimson Spotted Rainbowfish, 12 Melanotaenia Lacustris aka Turquoise rainbowfish (also called Lake Kutubu Rainbowfish, and blue rainbowfish!), 1 bristlenose pleco, 1 weather loach, 1 false siamensis, tank full of M. Duboulayi fry
Corals/Plants:
Anubias nana, Java moss, Java Fern, Apongenton
Tank Size:
72 gallons
Advice:
Resist the urge to add fish too quickly! Don't overfeed! Your fish should always look hungry. Buy a master test kit and use it! Don't neglect water changes for the health of your fish and tank! Keeping your nitrates low (below 20 ppm) will help control algae! Water changes are VITAL in keeping a succesful aquarium!
