About Yourself:
Always wanted to keep fish. Now got the chance. Gonna totally enjoy it .
Fish Kept:
presently rasbora, australian rainbow and cory. Few more fishs comming soon. (Stocking slowly without overloading).
Corals/Plants:
all plastic and artificial stuff.
Tank Size:
29 gallons
Advice:
Research even before you think of buying a tank. Many times people learn it the hard way by loosing fish, money and time. I have also travelled few times back and forth exchanging umcompatible fish- (not my fault, ...took the word of store reps, but found out what he suggested was not compatible with my other fish).

About Yourself:
I inherited the tank, filter, and heating element from my sister when she moved to California to become a marine biologist; apparently something about Kansas wasn't fitting with her educational field. ;)
Fish Kept:
Green Coral Dwarf Gouramis - 1.
Opaline Gouramis - 2.
Angelfish - 1.
Red Velvet Swordtails - Male & Female.
Bristlenose Pleco - 1.
Corals/Plants:
Live Plants:
Java Fern.
Water Lilly Bulb.
Mopani Driftwood - 2.
Tank Size:
20 gallons
Advice:
1. Read at least a little about it before you buy anything past initial setup.
2. Let initial setup (tank, filter, heat, gravel, decoration, plants) sit for a week before you add any fish.
3. Add fish according to method recommended by local fish store (usually floating method).
4. Add fish/change anything slowly. Don't over feed.
Description:
first setup with my first live plants. Feb2007.
Clay pot was thrown by me, rinsed, and cured in tank before fish.
